Can I modify or cancel my order? You can modify or cancel your order within the first 12 hours after placing it by contacting us at tennistclub@gmail.com. Once processed, changes cannot be made.

Can I track my order? Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can locate your package at all times.
What if my order doesn't arrive within the indicated timeframe? If your order exceeds the estimated timeframe, contact us at tennistclub@gmail.com and we will manage it immediately to provide a solution.

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of receiving the order, provided the product is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Are return costs my responsibility? In the case of a return due to a change of mind, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer. If the product arrives defective or incorrect, Tennist Club covers all costs.
When will I receive my refund? Once the product is received and verified, the refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days to the same payment method used for the purchase.
